Before building software, I spent five years working in and operating field service businesses. I saw first hand how easily past customers, old leads, and follow-ups could get lost in the day-to-day.

I later spent over a decade building enterprise software. I took that experience back to small businesses, founding and later selling Reputigo, a reputation management software for small businesses.
